Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 September 2026. Using amtech.live means you accept these terms. Paid work is governed by a written proposal or contract if one exists; that document controls if it conflicts with this page.
Website use
Content is for general information. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape it in a way that harms the service.
Services
AMTECH offers web development, custom software, SEO, and advertising services as described on the services page. Descriptions are not a binding offer until we confirm scope in writing.
Project agreements
Start dates, deliverables, and fees are defined per project. You are responsible for timely feedback, content, access, and approvals.
Payments
Invoices are due as stated on the invoice or contract. Late payment may pause work. Third-party costs (ads, hosting, licenses) may be billed separately.
Client responsibilities
You warrant that materials you provide do not infringe others’ rights and that you have authority to engage us.
Intellectual property
Unless a contract says otherwise, you receive license or assignment of commissioned deliverables after full payment. AMTECH retains pre-existing tools, libraries, and methods.
Third-party services
Platforms such as Google, Meta, hosting, and fonts have their own terms. We are not those companies.
Warranties and liability
The website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, AMTECH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. For paid projects, liability is limited as set in the contract, or to fees paid for the relevant work if the contract is silent.
Termination
Either party may end a project as the contract allows. You remain responsible for work already performed and non-refundable third-party spend.
Governing law
Governing law and venue will be specified in the project agreement. If none is stated, they will be determined by applicable law at the time of dispute. This site does not assert a specific jurisdiction unless confirmed in a signed agreement.
