Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026. This policy is a general description. A signed proposal or contract overrides it if they differ.

Project work

Deposits and milestone payments typically cover work already scheduled or completed. Unused future milestones may be cancellable according to the contract. Completed work is generally not refunded.

Retainers

Ongoing partnership and growth engagements are usually billed for a defined period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period in the agreement. Media spend already committed to Google, Meta, or similar platforms is not refundable by AMTECH.

Third-party costs

Licenses, hosting, domains, and advertising budgets paid to other companies follow those companies’ refund rules.

How to cancel

Write to amtechofficial9@gmail.com with the project name. We will confirm remaining work, invoices, and handover.
